Our office address is 3111 Springbank Lane, Charlotte NC 28226.  We are located in the Belle Grove Office Park at The Arboretum.  The building number is 3111 and it is on the top corner of the building.  There are large signs with our name "South Charlotte Clinical Associates" on 2 sides of our building. There is plentiful parking around our building.

Please take the elevator to the 2nd floor.  Our offices are at the end of the hall.  Suite G is on your left and Suite I is on your right.
